Premier Solution Services is a mobile makeup service operated by George Perry, based in Gloucester, UK.
Thank you for choosing Premier Solution Services. I take care in bringing makeup services directly to your home, hotel, or venue. To ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth scheduling, the following terms apply to all bookings.
Due to the nature of makeup application, I do not offer cash refunds for services that have been fully completed. However, I want you to be happy with the look.
Checking the Look: Before I leave, I will check the finished look with you. Please raise any concerns at this stage, as adjustments cannot be made once I have left, particularly for time-sensitive events such as weddings or photoshoots.
Exclusions: This does not cover reactions caused by allergies or sensitivities not disclosed in advance, natural fading or transfer of makeup during the day due to heat, sweat, tears, or weather, or a change of mind after the look was agreed.
As I plan my schedule and travel carefully around each appointment across Gloucester:
48 Hours or More Notice: The deposit is retained, but no further cancellation fee applies. Where possible, I will offer to move the deposit to a new date.
24–48 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance will apply, in addition to the deposit.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice / No-Show: The full service fee (100%) will be charged if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, or you are unavailable at the scheduled time or venue.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every booking.
The deposit is deducted from your final bill.
If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, I will, where possible, transfer the deposit to a new date. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable.
I allow a 15-minute grace period. If you are not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, and the full fee may apply.
To provide a smooth appointment, I require:
A well-lit space with a chair and a table or flat surface.
Access to a power outlet, where needed.
Accurate disclosure of any skin sensitivities, allergies, previous reactions, or recent skin treatments.
Failure to disclose relevant skin or allergy information may affect the products used or the outcome of the appointment.
I use clean, sanitised brushes and tools between clients, and single-use applicators where appropriate. A patch test is recommended at least 24–48 hours beforehand if you have known sensitivities or are trying new products for the first time.
